IF YOU  ARE ABLE TO DREAM IT YOU CAN DO IT  .

NOTHING CAN STOP A MAN WITH THE RIGHT MENTAL  ATTITUDE FROM ACHIEVING  HIS GOAL.
NOTHING ON THE EARTH CAN HELP A MAN WITH THE WRONG ATTITUDE.
                                                                                                       -THOMAS JEFFERSON
Hello guys,
well in this segment I am taking up something i love discussing about ,that is the visualising power of our mind.
Have you ever seen a movie projector which projects a movie on screen ,well our mind is our screen  and the course of our life or our life span is the projected movie, and the thoughts we produce to our mind our works as projector.
so,simply speaking what kind of life we are going to live depends on the thoughts  which we produce for our mind.
First of all we need to know that our mind can only think in images i.e. our mind cant not understand letters or alphabets for eg If I say apple, what happens suddenly an image of apple comes up to your  mind but what if I say Zupta does your mind suggest you any image well I guess no,So our mind do thinks in images.

"I have heard it said that the first ingredient of success is to dream a great dream."
                                                                                                                  John A. Appleman

How often do you dream or aspire? What do you dream of? Why do people struggle to act upon their dreams? Is it fear of failure, insecurity in their abilities or chalk it up to wishful thinking that holds them back? These are questions that my clients ask me all the time. In return I offer, "Isn't it amazing how people only dream of greatness?"
I have never heard of anyone dreaming of failure or aspiring to be unsuccessful. Failure does not play any part in dreaming. It is the dreamer that instills failure, not the dream. I have read of many very successful dreamers that failed numerous times before they experienced success. The difference is that failure was not going to end their dreams only motivate them to dream bigger.
Many of you fail to seek your purpose in life and you should. You dream and then follow it up with a list of all the reasons why the dream is unachievable. You fill your life with excuses and "I can't." Many great companies were conceived from a dream, nurtured in a garage or basement and grew to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Why not you? Why not your dream? The only true limits you experience in life are those you create or those you allow others to impose upon you. If you can dream it, you can do it!
"Sometimes when we read the words of those who have been more than conquerors, we feel almost despondent. I feel that I shall never be like that. But they won through step by step by little bits of wills, little denials of self, little inward victories by faithfulness, and in very little things. They became what they are. No one sees these little hidden steps. They only see the accomplishment, but even so, those small steps were taken. There is no sudden triumph, no spiritual maturity. That is the work of the moment." Amy Carmichael quoted in: Tim Hansel, Holy Sweat, 1987,Word Books Publisher,
Dreaming is the easy part. Acting on the dream is harder. Recognize that a dream is a journey. On the simplest level, it takes commitment, time, desire, and courage. But rarely is something great easily realized.

So what do we have to do know well we have to feed our mind and create a picture that we desire for our self .
for example say if you want a job in a MNC for your self or you want to succeed in you profession then just imagine your self sitting that MNC in black suit with top corporates and discussing the job portal just keep feeding your mind with such a picture and once you start believing in your  image truly i bet the next day u'll be sitting in that MNC.
just create a image of what you desire feed your mind with image at least twice a day .

In Bruce Wilkinson's book, "The DreamGiver," he tells the story of a man named Anybody. Anybody has a great dream, but struggles to break free of his comfort zone and push toward his dream. One afternoon he draws the courage and begins to tell others of his dream. They laugh at him, tell him to stop being foolish and forget about his dreams. "Stop kidding yourself, you can't do it," they would remind him. These "dream bullies" make every effort to push him back to mediocrity. Do not get caught in this trap. I am here today to tell you that you CAN do it.
How do I know that this is possible? I have done it. A few years ago, I decided that I was going to step out in faith, believe in myself and God's purpose for my life. I was going to follow my dream. I was in a similar place as "Anybody." I was comfortable but unhappy. I, too, dreamed a greater dream.
When I came to the realization that I wanted more out of life, I created a motivational phrase to keep me going when I felt challenged. "If you can dream it, you can do it!" I made it my life's mission statement. No longer was I going to stand in the way of my dreams or was I going to let anyone else either.

so does that mean  sitting at home and imagining for what you desire will get you the results.
well the answer is no  a big big no .
to get result you  have to work according to your the picture you portray for yourself.
what we just have to do is to believe in our thoughts and our  visualising  power . .

One among the biggest entrepreneurs of the world! Walt Disney was a struggling cartoonist in California, USA, and lived in a small rented room, which was frequented by a quiet and shy mouse! Over time, he developed a liking for it and started cartooning “comics” around it for a church for which he was paid 10 cents per cartoon! With his imagination, vision and passion he kept at it over the decades. He became an iconic figure of the world through his creating Disneyland, (1955) in Anaheim, California; Disney Movies and allied products around the Mickey Mouse (1928). Today the brand name “Mickey Mouse” gives his company $7 billion a year in royalties alone. He created Disney World (1977) in Orlando, Florida and his greatest contribution to the entertainment world was EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) in 1982.
It is reported that when he was surveying the huge piece of land from a hill top he started talking to himself: there I will do this; there I will do this and so on! His VP finance remarked, “…Walt where the money will come from…” Walt angrily cut him down to size: “…look, when I am “dreaming”, let me do so because I firmly believe that what the mind of man conceives, it can achieve!”
In  R&D of entrepreneurs from around the world, including 1000+ from India, I am very clear that when an entrepreneur starts to do something on his or her own, he has no idea where he or she will end up! But secretly he or she has dreams. He or she has to listen to her own mental drum beats.
During the entrepreneurial journey, there is no destination! The entrepreneurial journey is like an endless road and at some point; good management takes it over like in the case of Disney World. It is still going strong around the Mickey Mouse and its brand value is $18.5 billion, 20th largest brand in the world. Apple is $57 billion and Toyota is $24 billion (Forbes, September 10, 2010). Nearer home, our Sunil Mittal with a mobile has done wonders and there are so many others who are chasing their dreams.
Now, how about you? What are your dreams? Remember a journey even to the moon also starts with a single step. Take that step-even if you are in a job. You can start dreaming about your dreams in the years to come.
 Good Luck.

EVERY THING HAPPENS FOR A CAUSE
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”

Well the topic am taking up is not for any particular class or any specific group this is faced by a lot of people around the glob.
The problem is depression and broken hearts
Well the reason for broken hear can be many :
  .  Fall out in relationship
     Successive rejection in interviews
       Setback in business / profession
Not getting good result on academic front
Taken over by others casually etc

Well first of all the problem mentioned above and many more like these are because we don’t belief in our self and go with what others think about us. We lack the confidence in our self, which is a master key to all our problems, to resolve these we must belief in our self.

Well let us begin with simple things I learned till my so far journey of life, I discovered that:
Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become.  You never know who these people may be (possibly your roommate, neighbor, teacher, fraternal brother or sister, long lost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger), but when you lock eyes with them, you know that at that very moment they will affect your life in some profound way.
And sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair at first, but in reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, willpower, or heart.
Everything happens for a reason.  Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness, and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without the small tests, whatever they may be, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight flat road to nowhere.  It would be safe and comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless.
The people you meet who affect your life, and the success and downfalls you experience, help to create who you are and who you become.  Even the bad experiences can be learned from.  In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart, forgive them, for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to when you open your heart.  If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because in a way, they are teaching you to love and how to open your heart and eyes to things. Make every day count.
Appreciate every moment and take from those moments everything that you possibly can for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people that you have never talked to before, and actually listen.  Let yourself fall in love, break free, and set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to.  Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don’t believe in yourself, it will be hard for others to believe in you.  You can make your life anything you wish.  Create your own life and then go out and live it with absolutely no regrets.  Most importantly, if you love someone tell them, for you never know what tomorrow may have in store.  And finally, enjoy looking forward to learning a new lesson each day and enjoying the journey.
“The more things change, the more they stay the same?” Well, Aristotle said it first. In his own particular words and way. Aristotle(one of the  famous philosophers)believed that the universe is in a state of constant motion – always changing, always evolving. However, at the same time, there is one thing that always remains a constant in everything – what Aristotle called “entelechy” – which he defined as your “unique-to-you highest potential.”

Now, let me share some stories with you:

In the ancient times, there was a king had a very close trusted advisor, a wise man with whom he was always conversing about the concerns of every problem occurs and all issues that require attention…but the king noticed that whenever there was an accident the minister says just one thing : Everything happens fora reason, and that’s great!  While the king liked the wise man, he was just not sure exactly what this should mean and how an accident can be great…..
One day, the king decided to go out hunting and he took the wise man with him, and during hunting a terrible accident occurred to the king and he got one of his fingers chopped off.  The king helplessly asked the wise man why such unfortunate incident had befallen on him since he has ruled his country with love and be respected by all his people.  At that moment, the wise man just said “Every thing happens for a reason, and that’s great!”.
This time the king reacted with violence and indignation against the wise man: “You’ve been eating my food and living from my wealth, and now you have only these stupid words to say…. that it’s great to have my finger cutoff?!”  The King considered him to be crazy and insensitive, he then ordered his soldiers to throw the wise man into prison as a punishment.
Some people who has in the past sought the wise man’s advice visited him in his cell, and whenever there are visitors asking how he was doing, he calmly replied “Everything happens for a reason, and that’s great!  ”.  People were all puzzled and more and more people were convinced that the wise man was out of his mind.
After a period of time, the king decided again to go out on hunting expedition with his troops. He penetrated into a woods far away and suddenly be confronted by a cannibal tribe who was inhabiting in the forest. The tribe captured the King and everyone that he brought along.  The cannibal tribe was actually preparing for the festival of sacrifice!  They were searching for a perfect sacrifice for the worshiping and they got the King!  The King is destined to be slain….
The shaman prepared for the ritual and examined the King. But the shaman later found out that one of the king’s fingers is severed, and for this, he said to the tribe master that this sacrifice is refused, because according to their religion that stipulates only perfect and complete sacrifices..and that if they proceed with an incomplete sacrifice – in their belief- will brings god’s curse upon them.  They considered that the King is not “worthy” and the tribe master decided to release the King.
With great relief and still couldn’t believe that he got free from the tribe, the King now figured out that were it not for the fact that he had lost a finger, he would have lost his life.  He remembered the words the wise man had told him – “Everything happens for a reason, and that’s great” – he realized that the wise man he had just recently thrown into prison had been right, after all.
The king, returning quickly to the capital, went to the wise man directly and brought him out of prison personally.  He told the wise man how everything happened with him and how a cut finger saved his life! And that really was the best in that moment. But the King proceeded to ask: “In my case, it was indeed good that I lost my finger, but, what I wanted to ask you was, why you mentioned it was‘great’ when you were put into prison and given only dry scraps of bread to eat?”
The wise man,at no loss of words, replied: “Your Majesty, if I had not been locked up in prison, and left behind, I would have gone hunting with you and I would have been captured with everyone else.  They would surely set you free because you are incomplete sacrifice, but for me, and like everyone else, I would have been sacrificed by the tribe.  So it’s the best for me to be thrown in prison before this would happen, and it would be the best for you to have your finger cut before you would be a complete sacrifice …
And he concluded with his habitual quote: “Everything happens for a reason, and that’s great…”

Well to sum up the whole thing we can conclude that t;
1.    If u have  failed in relationship don’t be disappointed, this may be because the person  has just came to your life to make u learn the lesson of life and to make you strong .
So if u fails out just say thanx to that person and try to go with the flow.
2.    If you are facing regular failure in interviews that’s may be because god has planned something better for you and these interviews (in which u didn’t succeeded) are just meant to make you ready for the real job you are meant for.
3.    If you are not getting good result in your academics don’t be disheartened as this the god’s way to teach you to make you own way to the success.
4.     Most importantly if  (l like me) you feel that people are not treating you the manner you worth or taking you casually this means that you are born to guide others and make your mark in your own way.

AND finally I would say don’t give up on your dreams and don’t be disheartened as if something wrong has covered your life then  just remember it seems to be wrong now but actually it is making you ready for your future ,and yes …
EVERY THING HAPPENS FOR A CAUSE
